Videographer packages

The Budget Package $700.00: Up to 4 hours of on site filming. This package includes some preparation one hour before the ceremony, the actual ceremony and part of the reception. This package is GREAT for morning weddings or more 'low-key' events. Members of the bridal party are interviewed at the reception. This package includes 1 completely edited DVD. 3 camera's are used at the ceremony.

The special Package of $800: Up to 5 hours of on site filming. This package is same as 4 hours but with an hour extended filming involved.

The Classic Package $900.00: This is the most popular package! It includes up to 6 hours of on site filming. Preparations are filmed 2 hours before the ceremony. The actual ceremony and a good portion of the reception are caught on digital video. This package includes guest interviews as well as a growing up picture montage and photos of your courtship to begin the tape. (photos need to be received before or at wedding day the latest for record) 3 camera's are used at the ceremony and 2 completely edited DVD's are provided.

The Ultimate Package (All day Videography) $1250.00: This package includes up to 8 hours of on site filming starting with early preparations. Filming of actual ceremony with two videographers on site. This package includes the growing up picture montage equal to that of the classic package. A honeymoon picture collage will end your DVD. 3 - 4 cameras are used for the ceremony and 4 copies of the DVD are provided.

We also can offer Slide Show Production: Display your growing up and courtship memories with a photo montage set to your selected music for display at your wedding or reception!  The prices below reflect the cost of the Photo montage production tape or DVD only... NOT the equipment to display.

* Up to 50 pictures on VHS: $85.00 / DVD-R disc $110.00

* Up to 100 pictures on VHS: $140.00 / DVD-R disc $165.00

* Add $2.20 per photo for each photo that goes over the limit.

* Photo's should be received 4 - 6 weeks BEFORE the ceremony.

However, if you are interested in the slide show during reception and want me to arrange the equipment for you.

Photo Montage Display at Reception

You can add a growing up photo montage to be displayed at your reception. This includes the production of a photo montage of up to 50 photo's set to music and the projector and screen for only $280

Add $1.20 per photo for additional photo's beyond 50.

The $280.00 rate is good only for the day of the reception.

Require a deposit of $300.00 to hold the date. The final balance due 10 days before the actual wedding date.  Demo DVD will be available upon request, please contact us for further detailed.
